By providing a private, vetted group of real estate firms dedicated to sharing referrals, the iRealty Referral Network allows independent brokerages the ability to tap into the type of large referral network typically reserved for national brands. This means you get to stay in control of your company’s culture and presence, yet still tap into benefits like referrals and increased ability to recruit and retain talented agents for your team.
To become a part of the network, you’ll first fill out a membership application. We review each individual application to ensure every brokerage within the network is on par with the level of performance, culture, and customer service required. Once your application has been approved, you’ll gain access not only to a nationwide network of other independent brokers like yourself, but you’ll also have a wealth of resources to help your team continue to grow and outperform the competition.

Every brokerage that applies to be part of the iRealty Network goes through a vetting process. This ensures every brokerage within the network meets certain requirements when it comes to customer service, performance, and culture.
This vetting process is the same we use for our iRCertified designation, which means when you become part of the network, you’ll also become recognized as an iRCertified brokerage. This signals that your firm meets top industry standards and is a trustworthy resource for your clients’ real estate needs.
We have an exclusive FB page for broker/owners to have open discussions with other iRealty Certified brokers about technology, training, recruiting & retention, marketing, accounting, company policies, leads programs, and culture.
